Jeffrey Maxwell Holzbeierlein, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Holzbeierlein is a Professor of Urology, Director of Urologic Oncology and Chair of the Department of Urology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He also serves as Director of KU’s Burns and McDonnell High Risk Prostate Cancer Prevention and Survivorship Clinic, and Chair of the Surgical Oncology Committee. He completed his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma, internship and residency at Vanderbilt University, and a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Holzbeierlein serves as Chair of ASCO’s Genitourinary Program Committee and Vice Chair of ASCO’s Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer Guidelines Committee, as well as numerous other professional boards and committees.
